When we find a non optimal movement pattern, we fix it. Matt’s knees collapse slightly upon lift off. To fix this we work to strengthen hip stabilizers and the glute-medius. A good exercise for this are banded squats with a concentration on pulling the band apart throughout the entire motion of the squat .
